My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculate, very comfortable, and provided tea and coffee, perfect for my big family. However, on the last day, I had a bit of a hassle with a cash transaction refund issue at the front desk. Overall, a great experience with some minor hiccups.
